If you’ve an older person who just needs a helping hand with your technology needs, whether it’s your laptop, cell phone or maybe with your TV, please think of me as your son or grandson you’d normally call to come take a look at it. Usually, you’d just call them and ask them to fix what’s wrong but deep down, you know they’re busy with their own lives and you just don’t want to bother them.
I’ve been helping my relatives and friends with their tech support needs going on 35 years now. I can help you with your computers, phones, iPads, TVs, printers, WiFi, Bluetooth, you name it, I can take a look at it.
Or maybe you’re the son or daughter of a technically challenged parent. You can rely on me to directly fix Mom and Dad’s iPhone, iPad, Roku or whatever they’re having problems with. You know you can take care of it for them, but you just don’t have the time to deal with it. I can help them either in person in their home (I’m COVID-19 vaccinated and fully boosted) or possibly remotely by logging into their device while patiently talking through what I’m doing via a phone call.
Finally, perhaps you’ve got some technical issues of your own and you just don’t have time to deal with it and you need someone to take care of it for you either in person or remotely.
